MEMBERSHIP INFO
NEW MEMBERS: If you are interested in joining BJCR (licensed broker, salesperson or affiliate), please consult the Membership Dues & Fees Schedule below. New members are required to pay an application fee in addition to dues. Members’ dues are prorated based on the month of their join date.
NEW SECONDARY MEMBER: If you are interested in joining BJCR as a secondary member, please consult the Membership Dues & Fees Schedule below. Note: SC members joining as secondary will be required to pay local dues. Out-of-state members joining as secondary will be required to pay local and state dues. All secondary members are required to pay the application fee in addition to dues.
PREVIOUS MEMBERS: If you were previously a member of BJCR and are interested in rejoining, please contact us for further assistance at (843) 525-6435.
CURRENT MEMBERS: For existing BJCR members, annual dues are collected once a year. Annual membership dues are $606 (local, state, national dues) and due by December 15. Members are billed October 15. Annual dues and fees are subject to change.
MEMBER TRANSFER: There is a $50 Administrative Transfer Fee, to be paid by the member upon transfer.
ORIENTATION: Orientation sessions are generally held every other month from 9:00 am to 1:00 PM. The session reviews Code of Ethics, MLS Rules & Regulations and other Training. Orientation is mandatory.
Application and/or Transfer dues and fees are required upon processing the respective form. The chart below shows the prorated dues (local, state, national) and application fees.
