Dues & Fee Schedule
NEW MEMBERS
If you are interested in joining LRMLS (licensed broker, salesperson or non-licensed sales assistant), please consult the Membership Dues & Fees Schedule below. New members are required to pay an application fee in addition to dues. New members must be joining under a company that is an active member of LRMLS. See New Company guidelines if your company is not yet a member.
NEW COMPANY
If your company is interested in joining LRMLS, a company application and one-time fee are required. Additionally, the broker must submit an individual application and pay the application fee and dues.
PREVIOUS MEMBERS
If you were previously a member of LRMLS and are interested in rejoining, please contact us for further assistance at (843) 525-6435.
CURRENT MEMBERS
For existing LRMLS members, quarterly dues are billed to your broker. Quarterly membership dues are $150 per agent and $45 per non-licensed sales assistant. Offices are billed on the 20th of the last month in the quarter.
MEMBER TRANSFER
There is a $50 Administrative Transfer Fee, to be paid by the member upon transfer.
REALTORS®
Membership dues for Realtors® at Lowcountry Regional MLS are competitively priced, offering access to valuable resources and networking opportunities
– TOTAL TO JOIN- $250 ($100 one-time application fee + $150 quarterly LRMLS dues)
– TOTAL PER Quarter- $150 – Invoiced to the broker on the 20th of the month prior to the start of a new quarter.
NON-LICENSED SALES ASSISTANTS
Membership dues for Non-Licensed Assistants at Lowcountry Regional MLS are competitively priced, offering access to valuable resources and networking opportunities
– TOTAL TO JOIN-$95 (includes first quarter of LRMLS dues)
– ONE TIME APPLICATION FEE – $50
– TOTAL PER QUARTER- $45
NEW COMPANY
Membership dues for Companies at Lowcountry Regional MLS are competitively priced, offering access to valuable resources and networking opportunities
– NEW COMPANY TOTAL TO JOIN- $500 (one-time application fee)
Member transfer
Member transfer of brokerages is subject to an Administrative Transfer Fee
– $50 Administrative Transfer Fee, to be paid by the member upon transfer.
