New members are required to pay an application fee in addition to dues. New members must be joining under a company that is an active member of LRMLS. NEW COMPANY: If your company is interested in joining LRMLS, a company application and one-time fee are required. Additionally, the broker must submit an individual application and pay the application fee and dues.

CURRENT MEMBERS: For existing LRMLS members, monthly dues are billed to your broker. Monthly membership dues are $50 per agent and $15 per non-licensed sales assistant. Offices are billed the 20th of each month.
