Palmetto Referral Network Expands Again!
Lowcountry Regional MLS, Coastal Carolinas MLS, Greater Greenville MLS, The Multiple Listing Service of Spartanburg, Inc., and Aiken MLS are proud to welcome Greater Pee Dee MLS to the Palmetto Referral Network!
With the addition of Greater Pee Dee MLS, the Network now connects over 14,600 REALTORS® across South Carolina—creating one of the most collaborative and far-reaching MLS partnerships in the state. Now, all MLS participants within these six markets will have their listings available through Realtors Property Resource (RPR®), enhancing their ability to connect and collaborate across South Carolina.
What is the Palmetto Referral Network?

The Palmetto Referral Network is a data-sharing collaboration between Lowcountry Regional MLS, Coastal Carolinas MLS, Greater Greenville MLS, The Multiple Listing Service of Spartanburg, Inc., Aiken MLS, and Greater Pee Dee MLS facilitated through RPR®.
Why was the Palmetto Referral Network created?

The Network was created to enable broader access to listings within the state of South Carolina, thereby equipping our members to better serve their clients. This expanded database allows for the sharing of crucial data between more than 14,000 Realtors® across South Carolina. This collaboration will also provide opportunities for referrals.
Is this a merger between the participating MLSs?

No, this is a data share partnership. Each participating MLS remains a separate legal entity, operating as an individual business with their own board of directors.
How do I get access to data from the other participants in the Palmetto Referral Network?

Lowcountry Regional MLS members may access Coastal Carolinas MLS, Greater Greenville MLS, Spartanburg MLS, Aiken MLS, and Greater Pee Dee MLS listing information via the Realtor Property Resource (RPR®) website & mobile app.

In RPR, use the “Location” search box. Simply type “Greenville, SC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Spartanburg, SC, Aiken, SC or Florence, SC “ to begin viewing listing information for GGMLS, CCMLS, Spartanburg MLS & Aiken MLS.

Remember, RPR is a member benefit of the National Association of REALTORS® and is included in your NAR dues.
What specific data will be included?

The data fields that are already available in LRMLS as well as off-market statuses and the Member Remarks fields from the participating MLSs.
Will there be any additional costs to brokers and agents?

No. Participants and subscribers will have access to the shared data as part of the existing services provided by their MLS through its participation in the Network.
