Resolving Disputes Through Professional Standards

REALTORS® are held accountable to their ethical obligations through a professional standards process. If you believe a REALTOR® has violated the Code of Ethics, you can file an ethics complaint.

Steps to File a Complaint:

1. Review the Code of Ethics
   Carefully read through the Code to understand the standards and determine which Article(s) may have been violated.
2. Complete the Complaint Form
   Include a detailed explanation of the alleged violation and submit it for review.
