LRMLS utilizes Supra for electronic keys and Bluetooth lockboxes. You may activate your Supra subscription at any time. Billing for Supra is auto-drafted and requires a credit card to be on file with Supra.
NEW MEMBERS: If you are interested in joining Supra (licensed broker, salesperson), please consult the Fee Schedule below. New users are required to pay an activation fee to Supra in addition to the monthly dues. Contact us to enroll (843) 525-6435. Lockboxes are leased for $99 per box and must be returned when the member leaves LRMLS.
MEMBERS WITH SUPRA: If you’re a member of another MLS and have an active account with Supra, please contact us for further assistance (843) 525-6435. A cooperating key can be added to your account at no additional cost. Lockboxes are leased for $99 per box and must be returned when member leaves LRMLS.
PREVIOUS MEMBERS: If you previously had an account with Supra and terminated the service, the activation fee will be required.
